The recruitment process.

  1. 01

    Signing of MOU

A memorandum of understanding is established between Montage Overseas and the employer, setting out the terms, responsibilities, expectations and payment terms of the engagement.

  2. 02

    Demand Attestation

The employer prepares and submits the documents required for attestation by the relevant authorities — demand letter, power of attorney, sample employment contract, guarantee letter and the MOU. Requirements vary by country.

  3. 03

    Pre-Approval and Advertisement

Pre-approval is obtained from the Government of Nepal before recruitment is advertised. The job advertisement is published at least seven days before the interview date.

  4. 04

    Pre-screening, Interview and Selection

Candidates are shortlisted and assessed against the employer’s requirements. Every applicant is briefed on the company, job title, jobsite, salary and benefits before interview. Interviews are held online or on site.

  5. 05

    Medical Check-up

Selected candidates are examined against host-country health standards, only where the destination government or immigration authority requires it. Fit-to-work reports and passport copies are forwarded to the employer for visa processing.

  6. 06

    Visa Processing

Visa applications are initiated and managed on the worker’s behalf, ensuring every document required for legal entry is correctly submitted.

  7. 07

    Orientation and Travel Arrangement

Workers complete the government-mandated orientation, and travel is arranged on their behalf — including flights and accommodation.

  8. 08

    Final Approval

Final approval to deploy workers to the destination country is secured from the Government of Nepal.

  9. 09

    Deployment

Deployment is facilitated for a smooth transition, with pre-departure orientation by the employer so that workers arrive fully informed about their terms and conditions of employment.

  10. 10

    Feedback Collection

Feedback is collected from both the employer and the deployed workers after arrival, to evaluate the placement and improve future recruitment cycles.
