Ethical recruitment
All our recruitment is conducted to the highest standards of ethics, transparency and legality, in alignment with Nepal’s national legislation and international labour standards.
We follow the Employer Pays Principle. No worker is ever charged, directly or indirectly, for recruitment, placement or processing — those costs are borne by the employer.
Every applicant is informed of the company, job title, job site, salary, benefits and our zero-cost policy before interview. Employment contracts are provided in a language the worker understands.
Medical examinations are arranged only where the destination government or immigration authority requires them, and never as a condition we impose ourselves.
We do not permit forced, bonded or coerced labour in any form, at any stage of the recruitment process.
Workers retain their passports and personal documents at all times, and can raise concerns through confidential grievance channels without fear of retaliation.
Our processes are aligned with the international frameworks that govern responsible and fair recruitment.
We maintain internal audits, welcome third-party reviews, and keep open worker-feedback channels so that our practice can be checked, not just claimed.
