    Translated into English and attested by MOFA.

  2. Original visa or manpower clearance (Mazunia)

  3. Login email address

  4. Company’s phone number

  5. Owner’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  6. Manager’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  7. Request letter for authorised user on the company’s letterhead

  8. Demand letter set attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

    Refer to the Demand Letter attachment.

  9. Nepali workers’ details (with three months’ salary details)
