  1. Company Registration Certificate

    This document should be translated into English and attested by the Ministry of Justice and MOFA.

  2. Login email address

    Should be a domain email.

  3. Request letter for authorised user on the company’s letterhead

    Refer to the Attachment A file.

  4. Company’s information

    Should provide the address and phone number.

  5. Owner’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  6. Manager’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  7. Demand set (demand letter, employment contract, power of attorney, agency agreement, guarantee letter)

    These five pages should be attested by both the Chamber of Commerce and MOFA.

  8. Quota

    Refer to the Quota attachment.

  9. Nepali workers’ details

    Refer to the Attachment B file.
