Step 1

  1. Company Registration Certificate

  2. Login email address

    Company domain email.

  3. Company’s phone number

  4. Owner’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  5. Manager’s information

    ID, contact number and email.

  6. Request letter for authorised user on the company’s letterhead

    Refer to Attachment A.

Step 2

  1. Demand letter set attested by the Chamber of Commerce

    Refer to the Demand Letter 2026 attachment.

  2. Quota — if not registered with MOHRE, then an Immigration visa declaration

  3. WPS Nepali workers’ details with contact number

    Refer to Attachment B.

    Or In case of no Nepali workers

    Refer to Attachment C.

  4. Tenancy contract

  5. Guarantee letter for female deployment

    Refer to Attachment D.
